KMA Market Shipping Information

Orders received Monday through Friday by 12PM EST will ship the same day providing the product is available. We will ship your product as it becomes available. Orders received Friday (after 12pm EST), Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday may not ship until the following Monday. We will inform you if any product that you have ordered is out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. We will ship your product as it becomes available. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. All shipping costs are estimated costs, acture shipping cost is based on shipping carriers' charge.

 

Domestic Shipping: We use UPS and USPS as our main shipping carriers. For UPS, Ground Service, 2nd Day Service, or Next Day Service may be selected. For USPS, Parcel Service, Priority Mail, or Express Mail can be chosen.

 

International Customers: We only use USPS as our international shipping method. You are solely responsible for all duties charges, import fees or other fees charged by your local customs or import offices. Please be sure to know the rules of your country regarding importing our items. We cannot be held responsible for delays in transit.

 

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

 

We ship packages using your chosen shipping method. Once the package leaves our facility we have no control over how the carrier routes the package, delays caused by weather, customs, or lost packages. We will work with you to help resolve issues after you have contacted the carrier to find out as much information about the delay as possible. We will email UPS or USPS tracking information to you once your order(s) have been shipped.
